Mobile Precast Plant for Project Sites

The machinery behind our onsite model: a precast production plant that we can install and commission at project sites anywhere in the country, then operate with our own team for the duration of the work.

What It Is

A working precast factory, moved to the project

Production processes
Vibro hydraulic press (steel moulds) · Wet-cast process (rubber moulds)
Products
Paver blocks, kerb stones, chequered tiles, fly ash bricks, RE wall blocks, CC solid blocks
Deployment
Installed and commissioned at the project site — Pan-India
Operation
Run by our own operators and production manpower for the project duration
Heavy units
Capable of large elements — heavy kerb blocks of 500 × 300 × 250 mm (~110 kg each) have been vibro-pressed onsite instead of traditional shutter casting — see the NTPC Sipat case study
Quality
Batch-wise cube testing and records at site — see quality control

The mobile plant is deployed as part of our on-site precast manufacturing service for large-volume, long-duration projects. What it needs from your site — space, water and power — is confirmed during the project assessment; how much space an on-site unit needs explains the yard layout.

Why It Matters

Machine-made, even in remote locations

Because the plant travels, projects far from any precast factory still get machine-pressed products with fixed, uniform shape, controlled water-cement ratio, smooth finish and maximum density — instead of depending on manual casting or long-distance supply.
