Project Experience
Selected work delivered with our onsite manufacturing model, for clients that include public sector undertakings and major private companies.
Jalna Dry Port, Maharashtra — heavy duty paver pavement
Challenge: Container storage and handling areas take loaded trailers and handling equipment daily. Low-strength blocks crack and break once traffic is released — the pavement had to prove itself before handover.
Our solution: 120 mm thick M-55 unipavers manufactured under our quality system and laid to line, level and compaction with proper jointing sand.
Quality control: Batch-wise testing during production; the finished pavement passed the vibratory roller test — rigorous exposure to a vibratory soil compactor — and was handed over without cracking.

Balmer Lawrie Container Depot, Visakhapatnam — depot operational areas
Challenge: Depot pavement with proper gaps, compaction, level and lines — workmanship directly determines drainage, ride quality and pavement life under container traffic.
Our solution: Experienced laying crews working to line and level; jointing sand spread and brushed into the gaps before handover of each area.

NTPC Sipat — heavy kerb blocks cast onsite
Challenge: Large, heavy kerb blocks in project quantities — traditional shutter-cast kerbs are slow, inconsistent in shape and expensive to transport at ~110 kg per block.
Our solution: Our mobile plant was installed at the site and the blocks were vibro-pressed on the automatic plant — fixed uniform shape, controlled water-cement ratio, smooth finish and maximum density with no honeycombing — avoiding long-distance transport of these ~110 kg blocks altogether.

Amaravathi, Andhra Pradesh — chequered tile cable covers
Challenge: Long underground power cable routes needed continuous protective covering — large tile quantities, delivered in step with cable-laying progress across zones.
Our solution: Tiles wet-cast and demoulded at site with clean finish, stacked zone-wise and laid over the routes as the ducts were backfilled.

NMPA, Mangalore, Karnataka — paver pavement repair & re-laying
Challenge: Sections of the paver pavement at Berth No. 5, 6 & 7 had sunk and were holding water — ponding across yards and roadways after rain, with broken patches worsening under daily traffic.
Our solution: The affected areas were opened up, the sub-base rectified and compacted, and the pavement re-laid to line and level with jointing sand worked into every joint — bringing the areas back into service.
