Quality Control
Onsite production only works if quality is provable at site. Our quality system is simple, visible and documented — built around the core principles we have kept for 25 years: quality raw materials, proper and uniform curing, and disciplined process control.
Approved mix designs
Production runs to the mix designs your project approves, with quality raw materials — controlled even where sand quality varies between regions.
Batch-wise cube testing
Cubes are cast and tested batch-wise, with full records maintained for your engineers' and your client's inspection.
Controlled curing
Proper and uniform curing at site so every product reaches its specified strength before it moves to the work front.
Machine-made consistency
Vibro hydraulic pressing gives fixed, uniform shape, controlled water-cement ratio, smooth finish and maximum density — no honeycombing.
Dimensional & finish checks
Sizes, tolerances and finish checked against the governing standard and the project drawing before despatch.
Workmanship in laying
Where we lay, we control line, level, compaction and jointing — per IRC:SP:63 for paver pavements — because pavement life depends on laying as much as on the block.
